The all-new, eye-catching Southerly 48 has been given a Discovery makeover to all the Southerly hallmarks of a raised interior helm position, raised saloon, great performance and all the features for safe and luxurious bluewater cruising. There is no place you can’t go with the Southerly 48, with its Swing Keel system, which varies the draft between 3’3” and 10’2’, this provides endless possibilities for the powder white beaches of the Bahamas to the beautiful estuaries of the U.K.

Sailing is effortless and comfortable with standard twin headsails, self-tacking jib, electric in-mast reefing and Semi-balanced twin rudders. She has a generous aft cockpit and the option of a lowering bathing platform.

The Southerly 48 comes with a standard layout that features three cabins. There’s also an optional, two-cabin layout with an owner’s stateroom located forward.
