Description
Trying to find a really nice Island Packet Catamaran in this day and age is nearly impossible. For the person looking for the best one out there, this is it.
Having sold this boat to these owners fifteen years ago, I can honestly say she looks better today than she did then.....and she was nice then!
New interior cushions and mattresses, carpeting, a list of nice improvements and good maintenance all add up to a boat that is crisp and sharp....and defies her age.
You will be as impressed as I am.

Accommodations
Entering from the huge cockpit you find several steps to a main salon that is bright and airy. The wood is pickled ash and is in very good condition. (Hard to find) The well appointed galley is to starboard of the companionway and the navigation/ electric panel area is to port.
Straight ahead is the seating area. This area has new cushions and new carpeting. There are wrap around windows throughout the entire area so, the galley and salon are bright with natural light. The table double folds and can be used as a day table or a dining table for you and guests. There is an additional upholstered chair that is covered in a beautiful companion fabric. Also of note is that the seating area can convert to a double bed in the salon, when needed.
To starboard is the owner's cabin with queen size bed forward, with a huge hanging locker/storage area forward. The hallway where you step down from the salon contains more storage with another hanging locker and cubbies for storage. Aft of that is the head with a TUB to stand in while showering or actually take a soak. (Perfect for bathing little ones!)
There is an access door in the shower area that leads to the engine room.
This walkthrough is mirrored on the port side and varies only slightly. On that side, there is a door that closes off the sleeping area from the head so, it becomes the head for day use.
This brilliant design allows two complete cabins with absolute privacy. You have two queen cabins and two heads with tons of storage.
Keep in mind that there are twenty three opening hatches and ports for complete ventilation and of course, reverse cycle heat and air. To note, also ,is that you have a generator so...you can be comfortable, even at anchor.

Michele started her career in January 1987 by developing the brokerage division of Gratitude Yachting Center. This followed a career of teaching special-needs children for more than 18 years. Michele’s summers during her teaching days were spent working with a charter company and sailing school located on the Chesapeake, and her years there gave her the opportunity to sail many different designs. She also handled the provisioning for these charters and owned the Galley Elf, a catering business. The Galley Elf eventually introduced her to the gang at Gratitude when she catered their Island Packet Rendezvous and the rest was history.
