Meet the Team

Steve is a native of the Chesapeake Bay, as his ancestors landed in the town of Deale, MD, just south of Annapolis more than a century ago. His background as a waterman includes boating, fishing, crabbing, oystering, shrimping; all of the things people enjoy along the water. Steve has been the owner of many boats throughout his lifetime. After finishing college he became involved in the sales industry and for the last 30 years has been building and selling custom homes to prospective home buyers. His goal has always been to satisfy the customer by finding out what their wants, needs and abilities are.
