Chip is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and just genuinely great to be around. I’d highly recommend working with him! He took the time to walk us through what to look for when checking out boats, which we really appreciated as newer buyers. We ultimately ended up purchasing from a private seller, so didn’t get to work with Chip directly—but he was still so kind, supportive, and generous with his time. That says a lot.

Chip Johnson at S&J was great to work with. Not all smooth sailing thru the rigors of selling our boat. Documents and distance from NC (we live remotely in Idaho), were problems that need help with. Our boat was more than just a boat to us. It was a second home which we loved. Chip was knowledgeable about the whole process and he made continuing efforts during the whole process. Workman, deck cleaning, captain for survey haul out. All issues because we were not right there. He always presented our boat in positive and truthful ways. Thank you for being our broker.
