I worked with Jack Hefner and Helen McAdory on both the purchase and later sale of my Menorquin 120. Jack is great to work with, very knowledgeable about the mid-Chesapeake market and this brand of boats in particular. On the purchase I found him to be proactive in providing information, pointing out pros and cons but not being pushy. He answered my questions and requests for information promptly. I had the same positive experience on the later sale. I received good advice on pricing the boat and input on items that could be addressed to improve the opportunity for a sale. He was again proactive in keeping me informed on interested buyers and feedback on showings. Communication is a strong point. Helen was always friendly and helpful in handling all the paperwork involved. She provided clear instructions, communicated promptly and kept me informed on the status.
