Hello Captain Al, We have a new favorite boat broker. No matter what we do with our Island Packet, we agreed that you are polite, honest, earnest and a pleasure to work with. We would buy or sell a boat through you any day.

I found Alberts ‘details on the CPYB after Giving up with a broker that would never call back. He was first on the list after I keyed in my search criteria. I called Albert and left a message. He called me back that same day and we talked……a lot. He asked me all sorts of questions that would help him understand what I was looking for and what I needed. After the initial call I felt very positive that Albert was the right broker for the job, this was because he not only gave me a good insight into the whole process, but he also listened well. The whole process with Al was enlightening, he guided me into making decisions that would eventually get me a boat I loved. I had pretty specific ideas about what I wanted, and Al would never try to push anything on me or force me into decisions that I may regret. He would make sure that I understood the pro’s and con’s of everything before I made decisions. He made the whole process understandable and would give guidance and information on things that I never even would have considered. He is a wealth of information, and I am sure there is very little that he doesn’t know about sailboats. He was patient and would get back to me when he said he would, he would always find out answers for me. I made offers on a couple of boats but to no avail. In the end he showed me a boat that I had never heard of. I wasn’t sure at first but something inside of me said go back and take another look. I did some research on the boat and on paper it was as good as (if not better) than my original choice of boat. I went back to view the boat 3 times before making an offer, Albert was supportive and got answers to all my questions. A great guy who is patient and thinks of his customer’s needs. He explained every step of the buying /closing process and helped make it as easy a possible. Albert was a classic example of customer care!! In fact, the whole experience with everyone at S&J Yacht’s was very positive.
