Built by Nautica International of Florida, the Nautica 41/X-41 was developed with a military, commercial and law-enforcement design philosophy rather than as a conventional recreational inflatable. The result is an exceptionally strong, lightweight offshore platform capable of combining serious rough-water capability with remarkable high-speed performance.

This X-41 is powered by twin Yanmar 6LPA-STZP2 4.2-liter inline-six marine diesels, producing approximately 315 HP each for 630 HP total, coupled to MerCruiser Bravo III Diesel drives.

With its lightweight deep-V hull and substantial power, the X-41 has a reported top speed of 45+ knots.

The Nautica 41 was engineered around a commercial/military-style philosophy, with a deep-V composite hull designed to provide a fast, dry and controlled ride in offshore conditions.

The hull incorporates fiberglass and Kevlar reinforcement with balsa coring, while the large inflatable tubes provide additional stability, flotation and impact protection.
