PRELIMINARY LISTING
The exterior profile images currently shown are manufacturer photographs of the Hanse 445 model and do not depict this particular vessel. Photographs taken aboard this yacht during a May 2026 inspection are available upon request. A complete current photography package will be added following her seasonal haul-out and detailing.
Located in Fethiye, Turkey, this 2011 Hanse 445 is a well-maintained, four-cabin performance cruiser designed by Judel/Vrolijk & Co. She combines Hanse’s easily managed sail plan with generous accommodations, twin-wheel steering, a folding swim platform and a practical two-head interior.
She was inspected aboard in May 2026 and presented as dry, clean and carefully maintained. No visible hull or deck damage, gelcoat cracking or deformation was observed during that inspection. The bilge was clean and dry, and the interior was free from noticeable dampness or odor. A continuously operated dehumidifier and regular maintenance have helped preserve the interior.
The seller reports no history of accidents or damage. Available documentation includes registration, maintenance information, insurance records and a prior survey report. All information remains subject to verification by the buyer and the buyer’s chosen surveyor.
EASY SHORTHANDED SAILING
The Hanse 445 was designed around fast, uncomplicated cruising. A self-tacking furling jib, single-line mainsail reefing, twin steering wheels and control lines led aft allow the yacht to be sailed with a small crew.
Her North Sails mainsail and self-tacking jib are reported to have received annual maintenance and remain in good serviceable condition. Standing and running rigging also appeared well maintained during the May 2026 inspection. Final condition and service-life determinations should be made by a qualified surveyor or rigger.
The cockpit is finished with teak seating and teak across the folding swim platform. The teak appeared sound during inspection. Additional deck equipment includes Lewmar self-tailing winches, an electric anchor windlass, a sprayhood, a bimini and a 3.3 hp Mariner tender outboard carried at the stern.
FOUR-CABIN INTERIOR
This yacht has the optional four-cabin arrangement with accommodations for up to eight guests. Two double cabins are located aft, while the forward accommodation is divided into two cabins. She also has two manual heads, interior showers and a transom shower.
The forward cabin arrangement may potentially be converted into a larger owner’s cabin by removing the dividing section. Any conversion, including structural implications, design, cost and regulatory requirements, should be evaluated and completed by a qualified marine yard. No representation is made that a specific conversion price is guaranteed.
Interior joinery appeared well preserved, with sound saloon upholstery and cabin mattresses. The saloon provides comfortable seating around the dining table, while the galley includes a gimballed two-burner stove with oven, double stainless-steel sinks and a double-door refrigerator.
The saloon table would benefit from refinishing, but the interior is otherwise honestly presented and has not been cosmetically dressed merely for sale.
ENGINE AND SYSTEMS
Power is provided by a Volvo Penta D2-55 diesel engine driving through a saildrive. The engine showed approximately 3,790 hours at the May 2026 inspection, started readily and operated normally during the inspection.
The seller reports that the engine and saildrive receive regular service. The yacht is hauled annually for seasonal maintenance that includes antifouling, through-hull valve servicing, sacrificial-anode replacement, and hull compounding and polishing.
A retractable Side-Power bow thruster is installed and is scheduled for service during the next seasonal haul-out.
Navigation and communication equipment includes a chartplotter, autopilot, VHF radio, depth, speed and wind instrumentation. Garmin and Raymarine equipment was operational during the May 2026 inspection. Individual model numbers should be confirmed from the equipment inventory.
Electrical equipment includes a 12V/220V system, shore power, house and starting batteries, a Victron battery charger, a Victron inverter and engine alternator charging. A Webasto air-heating system is also installed.
