Overview

DEVANA is a single-owner, exceptionally cared-for, two-cabin Hunter 45 center cockpit

configured for effortless short-handed sailing and maximum offshore or at-anchor

comfort. Having spent her life in the Chesapeake Bay, she was bought and has been

continuously maintained at Norton Yachts.

The expansive salon features comfortable seating for entertaining family and friends,

while the fully equipped galley is ideally arranged for extended cruising with abundant

Corian countertop space, deep refrigeration, freezer, microwave, propane stove with

oven, double stainless sinks, and extensive cabinetry.

The private owner's stateroom aft is one of Hunter 45cc's defining features. A true

island queen berth, generous hanging lockers, abundant drawer storage, ensuite head

with separate shower, and excellent ventilation provide exceptional comfort whether

spending weekends aboard or cruising for months at a time. Guests enjoy their own

forward cabin and private head, allowing two couples to cruise comfortably.

Powered by a dependable 75 HP Yanmar turbo diesel, the Hunter 45 provides confident

performance under power while remaining efficient for long-distance cruising. The

powerful fractional B&R rig with in-mast furling mainsail and furling headsail makes sail
