INTRODUCING ITHAKA

ITHAKA has been loved by her current owners who are very sad to sell her but, alas, they've decided it is time to move to power.  Sellers are motivated, she's easy to see (if you can get to Deltaville) and all offers are considered. 

Current owners have had her since 2002 and have performed the following Modifications/repairs:

2020 - fresh bottom paint - West Marine ablative

2014 - 2nd Aft Companionway installed by master carpenter (see pictures with AC unit) in effect making this a MKII as opposed to the MKI when purchased

2nd Head was removed and converted into battery and inverter storage

2014 - Rebuilt engine $12,000 by Deatons

2014 - New standing rigging; uppers, forestay, backstay (not lowers) by Brian Duff

2014 - Vetus 75 Bow thruster

2019 - new cushions and new curtains

Seller discloses the following known items about ITHAKA:

Rudder has 'some' water(don't all rudders?), Engine leaks oil at 2800 rpm but not at low 2000's, water tank gauges do not work, fuel tank does not have an access port.  Buyers please hire your own surveyor but seller discloses these knowns as "as-is" to mean, boat has been priced accordingly.  Original HIN on hull has been painted over and Seller has a rubbing of the HIN.
